Even as a kid, that cosmic makeup showed up everywhere. I was the performer who never shied from the stage (hello, Leo!), the thinker who always marched to the beat of my own drum (hello, Aquarius!), and the chatterbox who could make friends with anyone — it became a running joke in my family that I’d always make new friends in restaurant bathrooms (hello, Gemini!). Looking back, it all makes sense: my chart was already unfolding, long before I knew how to read it.
Growing up, I heard the story of my birth as often as my dad wanted to tell it—which was ridiculously often (what is it with parents and birth stories!?). I came into the world at 1:11 a.m. on a rainy August night in New Jersey, under a Leo Sun, Aquarius Moon, and Gemini Rising. Translation? I was destined to be a bright, curious, slightly rebellious soul who thrives in the spotlight, asks a million questions, and empowers others to be their most genuine selves along the way.

At 19, I started teaching yoga, not realizing that guiding people inward would become the heartbeat of my career. I went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in psychology, then became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, adding meditation and breathwork certifications along the way. Each step felt like another tool in my toolkit, another way to help people connect to themselves and unlock their potential — which has always been my loudest passion.

Tears of joy. Tears of relief. Tears of awe that the Universe could be so wise. I had never felt so seen or understood — and even better, I had never been given such clear permission to be me and only me. What a freaking gift. What started as fun fascination quickly became a doorway: suddenly, patterns in my life clicked into place. My quirks, strengths, and challenges all had language and all had purpose. For the first time, I understood exactly who I am and was always meant to be.
That was the turning point. Astrology wasn’t just interesting anymore — it was transformational. And I knew I had to share it.
I still remember sitting on my apartment floor one night at a time in my life when I felt extremely lost and purposeless, digging into astrology blogs and articles, when I discovered something that would forever change my life. And no, I’m not just being dramatic. I discovered that I was more than “just a Leo.” I realized that we each have an entire chart full of zodiac signs and planets, and when I read about some of my particular placements — especially my Aquarius Moon — I actually cried.
For years, I was devoted to health, coaching, and personal growth — but something was still missing. Coaching became one of my superpowers — a process that digs into the heart of matters until answers seem to magically appear. HOWEVER, there are times when we are so lost, so confused, or so overwhelmed that we wish we had a concrete map or compass to help show us the way. Enter astrology.

Now, as an astrologer and life coach, I weave it all together: the mirror of astrology, the strategy of coaching, and the embodiment of wellness practices. My work isn’t about telling you who to be — it’s about showing you the roadmap so you can step into your most radically authentic life. Trust me, once you see the roadmap, you’ll have a strange inkling that you’ve known it all along…that you’d simply forgotten it.
It’s an absolutely magical feeling—and it’s the same feeling my clients describe when they finally see themselves clearly.
These days, I live nomadically with my amazing husband, having called Thailand, Spain, and Guatemala home (so far!). Living this way reminds me daily that no dream is too big, no idea too impossible, and no boundary unworthy of exploring.
This is me living my most authentic, bold life.
